About the publication

Technology moves quickly.
Judgment takes work.

Independent research and practical experiments for people making AI useful in marketing, commerce and creative work.

Our perspective

AI brings together software, human behaviour, commercial incentives, and creative work. Understanding how those parts interact helps us make better decisions about what to build and use.

I’m Dessi Georgieva, the author behind AI Knowledge Hub. I’m building this independent publication and open lab to connect research with the practical questions that arise when people put AI to work.

The gap between a model demonstrating a capability and a team achieving something useful is worth investigating. That means paying attention to customer understanding, context, creative judgment, measurement, and the systems around the model.

Here you’ll find research that helps explain a change, essays that examine its consequences, and practical experiments that test an approach. The starting point is marketing and commerce, with room to explore the deeper questions about meaning, agency and human choice.

You do not need to write code to ask good questions about an AI system. The aim is to understand enough to judge its promises and decide what is useful for your work.

Independent thinking. Open practice.

Where practical work can be shared, we connect it to source material and reusable artifacts. Evidence, limitations, and human judgment belong alongside the result.
